Uh oh, just when Dynamic Airways had dodged a class action lawsuit over last year’s disastrous Christmas operations, here come three hotels, two in the New York area and one in Guam, demanding US$130,827 probably as payment for rooms for flight crews.
The North Carolina airline has been taken to court by the hotels who are requesting relief under Chapter Seven of the US Bankruptcy Code. This could be a problem as Dynamic was just in the process of being approved as a scheduled airline by the Department of Transportation.
Five Towns Motor Inn is owed US$78,663, The Rockville Centre Inn, $3018 and Royal Orchid Guam Hotel $49,175.
